The cost will depend on how fast a settlement can be reached between the parties. If a settlement can be reached at the beginning of the process, it can be as little as R 10 000-00 or even less.
In which court will the divorce take place?
The divorce can be done in any Regional or High Court where either one of the parties permanently reside. Although it can be done in the Regional Court, we only do it in the High Court for the sake of professionality.
How long will the procedure take?
Once again it will be determined on how fast or how long it take to reach a settlement. When a settlement is reached, the whole process can be finalised within 4-6 weeks.
